· What the heck do you all do, anyway?

· Stewart McLellan Productions (SMP) records, edits and manipulates audio for your teleclasses, retreats, information products, demonstrations and music recordings.

· Why do I need your services?

· We can take raw audio in any format and edit mistakes and dead air, as well as 'bookend' the intro and closing with music and a descriptive 'voice over'. Also, we can use technology to balance the volume and tone of different people speaking and reduce some kinds of noise.

· The delivery of your product can be brought up to a professional standard with a lot less effort on your part. Let us take a big task off your 'to do' list. A few sales of your product, and your investment is paid for.

· How much does it cost?

· The best way to determine the cost of your project is to contact us with the information on the "Contact Us" page, and talk to us about what features you would like. We can then quote you a price from start to finish. A sample of the audio would also help to find out what can be done.

It may also be possible if you have clients with several products to pool together for a package deal. Talk to us about what you need - you may be surprised at what you can afford.

· How long does it take?

· Obviously shorter audio files take less time to edit, and we do have several customers at any given time. Regardless, give us as much lead time as possible, and do let us know your timeline. We will make every effort to get you running on time. There may be additional charges for extreme situations.

· Can I hear it before it ships?

· We always ask for approval of a project before it ships.

· How easy is it to do the audio editing myself? I'd like to save a little money.

· Editing audio can be easy, but the person writing this has been doing it for 12 years.

Plans are underway to offer instruction to people in this field. Often times, coaches have enough to do with travel, engagements, and products. Our specialty is to offload audio tasks for you.
