Music Licensing

*MUSIC LICENSING AGREEMENT

The following information details the licensing arrangement we will have with you upon your purchase of music produced by Stewart McLellan Productions (SMP):

In return for your payment for each Music Signature purchase, we will grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-site lifetime license to use the music in synchronization within any of your own audio or video productions and to market and distribute those productions worldwide.

You are NOT permitted to share, re-sell, reproduce, or otherwise transfer the music itself to any other individual or production company. Any attempt to reproduce, share or re-sell the music itself will subject you to criminal prosecution. This music is protected by the copyright laws of Canada and other countries who provide for severe criminal penalties including fines, imprisonment and injunctive relief.

To prevent unauthorized re-use of the music and to protect yourself from liability, it is strongly recommended that the following warning message be included in each of your productions:

WARNING: UNAUTHORIZED USE OF THE MUSIC CONTAINED IN THIS PRODUCTION IS SUBJECT TO CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.

All copyrights, licensing, duplication and distribution rights are held exclusively by Stewart McLellan Productions.
